Professional Biography
George Bradbury has spent more than 50 years in business leadership, entrepreneurship, and consulting. Over the past 14 years, he has focused on advising business owners, helping them grow stronger companies and plan successful exit strategies.
George began his career with Pitney Bowes Inc., where he advanced rapidly through sales and marketing management, ultimately serving as Vice President of Marketing for the Fortune 500 company.
After a 20-year corporate career, George became an entrepreneur, purchasing and developing a Precision Tune Auto Care franchise. Over twelve years he expanded the business from a small start-up to twenty-six locations generating $36 million in revenue, eventually selling the company successfully.
Following the sale, he joined Response Communications, a $235 million direct marketing firm, serving as President.
In 1998 George founded Bradbury & Williamson, Inc., building the executive search firm into Atlanta’s sixth-largest contingency recruiting firm and the eighth-largest in the United States within its banking specialty. In 2003 George sold his interest to his partner.
In 2004 George moved to Costa Rica, where he formed a real estate company and became a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, an international network of more than 650 brokerage firms.
After returning to the United States, George began consulting with business owners and became a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), working as a business broker and advisor for the past fourteen years. He is also licensed by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission as a Broker-in-Charge.
Over the course of his career, George has served as a Fortune 500 executive, built and sold multiple companies, and spent decades advising business owners, giving him a rare perspective on how businesses grow, operate, and successfully transition to new ownership.
